Everything You Need
Healthcare
We look after your health. All our international workers are insured through the National Health Insurance Scheme and have access to excellent healthcare. We also organise regular health checks and necessary vaccinations to keep you safe and healthy.
Paperwork
We understand there is a lot of paperwork to get you to the right job and we are here to help you from the start to finish.
Communication
We can help you with setting up your mobile and internet service in Taiwan so you will remain connected to your family and friends at all times.
Our team of staff located in Kaohsiung are fluent in Chinese Mandarin, English and Taiwanese dialect. We also have professional interpreters for Vietnamese, Indonesian and Thai language.

Finding Work in Taiwan when You are Overseas
We can help you find work in Taiwan even when you are overseas. Due to the global COVID 19 pandemic, the process from the time of application to the time you settle into your new home and job in Southern Taiwan currently takes longer than usual.
Finding New Work when You are already in Taiwan
Sometimes you may find that your current work environment is no longer safe for you and you find yourself looking for a new job and a new home.
We encourage all our international workers to stay and negotiate with their existing human resource agent to resolve the issue. But if this does not work for you and you definitely want to transfer your work management to our team, then we can help you navigate the process and match you with the right family in Southern Taiwan to ensure you have a safe and peaceful stay.
Terminating Work
Life is unpredictable, and unexpected events may occur while you are away from home. You may need to postpone or terminate work in order to fly home to visit your family and significant others. We can help you through this process.

2. Alien Residence Card
3. Passport sized photos x 6
4. Health check documents (pls see column to the right)
5. Termination of Employment Certificate (when leaving old work) or 2 way agreement certificate (employer and you) or 3 way agreement certificate (employer, you and your previous agent) if you are leaving your old job
Essential Health Check Documents
1. Pre-employment health check $2000 in Taiwan
2. COVID vaccination certificate (2 doses)
3. COVID PCR test within 72 hours pre-employment ($3500 for next day result, $4500 for same day result - paid by new employer)
4. Pre-employment vaccinations including Hepatitis A, B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Influenza vaccinations (or proof on official health check report)

How Long will the Process Take ?
We understand that there is often an urgency to start new work. But there are legal and essential steps to take before we get you to your new job and home.
For workers transferring or terminating old work in Taiwan, you have 60 days to start your new work to keep your work visa valid.
